Study found that birds can actually dance–it appears that only “talking” birds can dance…birds that can imitate sounds seem to be able to dance. The other animals that can imitate sounds are dolphins, so they want to study them to see if they how they react to different types of music:

A Chinese county government had ordered officials to smoke 230,000 packs of locally produced cigarettes, even assigning each department quotas and saying that fines would be levied against departments that didn’t smoke all their quota by the end of the year. It is sad to hear that rape kits are often not tested because they are not considered a priority by prosecutors and the police. In LA County alone, there are at least 12,669 rape kits sitting in police storage facilities! When NY City decided to make a push to test every rape kit that came in, they had at least 2,000 cold hits in rape cases and the arrest rate for reported cases of rape in NY City went from 40% to 70%:
